1. Who we are
Avocado SAT is an educational platform at avocadosat.uz offering SAT practice tests, prediction exams, classes, assignments, and tools for reviewing learning progress. This policy explains the personal information handled through these features and our consultation request form.
The platform is operated by Avocado SAT in Uzbekistan. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@avocadosat.uz.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: your name and email address when creating an account, account identifier, account role and access approval status. Email and password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
- Google sign-in: Google account identifiers, email address, name, and available basic profile information associated with the authentication response, which may include a profile image. The permissions screen explains what Google shares. We use this connection to authenticate your account; our sign-in feature does not read your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
- Profile and class information: display name, optional bio and uploaded profile photo; class membership, teacher/student role, join dates, class details, and class photos uploaded by teachers.
- Learning records: test and assignment answers, initial checked answers and reattempts where supported, correctness, scores or accuracy, XP, progress, selected modules, timer settings, and start/completion timestamps. Assignment workspace notes and marked questions may also be saved. Some practice notes and highlights remain in browser storage.
- Reports and notifications: question issue reports and any details you write, together with the associated account and question identifiers; notification events and whether you have read them.
- Consultation requests: the separate consultation registration form asks for your name, phone number, English and mathematics levels. It also submits the selected language, form source, and submission time. It does not create a platform login account.
- Email preferences: your subscription choice, its source and time, consent wording/version, and a history of changes or withdrawal.
The entrance diagnostic is currently disabled. It has previously implemented fields for education/certificate levels, school status, optional Telegram username, study goals and availability, diagnostic answers and estimated results, and consultation interest. Any existing records from that feature may remain stored; those fields are not currently collected through the disabled screen.
3. How Google sign-in information is handled
When you choose Continue with Google, Google sends basic account identity information to Supabase Auth so we can sign you in. This can include your Google account identifier, email address, name, and an available profile image. Supabase stores the authentication identity and session information. Avocado SAT uses the email address and name to find or create your platform profile and provide account access.
We use Google sign-in information for authentication and account management. Google sign-in does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Our current sign-in flow does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or other Google content. Your account details are available to administrators through account tools; display information and learning activity may be visible within classes as described below. Supabase processes this identity data to provide authentication.
The same account retention and deletion request process described below applies to information received through Google sign-in. Disconnecting Google access in your Google account does not by itself remove the Avocado SAT account or learning records already stored here.
4. How information is used
Account information is used to sign you in, maintain your profile, manage approved access, and support password resets and account settings. Learning and membership information is used to deliver tests and assignments, save work, calculate results and XP, provide reviews and class leaderboards, and let teachers manage their classes and review student progress.
Reports help administrators investigate question problems. Notification records support in-app notices about class and assignment activity. Consultation form details are used to respond to your request. Email preference records tell administrators who has agreed to receive marketing emails and who has declined or withdrawn.
5. Who can see your information
Teachers managing your class can review the student records made available in the class tools, including names, relevant submissions, results, progress, and XP. Administrators can access account information, approval status, reports, and subscription choices through administrative tools. Class members can see display names, photos, bios, and leaderboard information made available within their class.
Uploaded profile and class photos have public image URLs. Someone with an image URL can view that image without signing in. Class and profile screens have access controls, but the image files themselves should not be treated as private documents. Avoid uploading confidential or sensitive images.
6. Service providers and external services
- Supabase: handles platform authentication, database records, and uploaded image storage. See Supabase’s privacy information.
- Google: provides optional Google sign-in. The consultation form also forwards submitted details through our server to a Google Apps Script endpoint so our team can process the request. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Vercel Web Analytics: the website includes its analytics integration. When enabled for the deployed site, it sends usage information such as page URLs, referrers, timestamps, approximate region, browser, operating system, and device type to Vercel. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.
- Desmos: opening the embedded mathematics calculator loads a page from desmos.com. Your browser connects directly to that service, which handles information under its own privacy policy.
- External contact services: following our Telegram or Instagram links opens those services, whose privacy policies apply to information you share there.
These services may process information outside Uzbekistan. We do not represent that all platform information is stored in Uzbekistan.
7. Cookies, sessions, and browser storage
The platform uses Supabase’s browser client to maintain authentication sessions in local browser storage. Test settings, unfinished practice work, highlights, reported-question markers, and teacher assignment drafts also use browser storage where those features are available. This helps preserve your work when navigating or returning to a test.
Signing out and clearing browser site data serve different purposes: saved practice content or highlights can remain on a shared device after sign-out. You can clear this data through your browser settings, but doing so can sign you out or remove work that has not been saved to the server.
Vercel describes Web Analytics as using no third-party cookies. That description applies to its analytics product, rather than every service you may open from this website. Google sign-in and the embedded calculator are separate services with their own storage practices. The website currently has no general cookie preference manager.
8. Marketing emails and your choice
Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and does not affect access to the platform. Our subscription invitation says: “Get free SAT practice resources and exclusive offers”.
The login and sign-up page shows an optional mailing-list checkbox before you choose Google sign-in or create an email account. It starts checked; you can uncheck it to decline. For a Google account without a saved email preference, we record the choice made before you click Continue with Google after authentication. Email-account applicants make the choice before submitting sign-up, and we record it after authentication. Existing saved preferences are not replaced by a later sign-in. You can subscribe or unsubscribe through Email preferences in your profile or public Account Settings. We record subscriptions, declines, and withdrawals separately.
A marketing campaign sending provider and campaign delivery system have not yet been connected in this implementation. Saving a subscription choice does not itself send an email. Account authentication emails, such as verification and password reset messages, are handled separately by Supabase Auth. Any later campaign delivery integration will need to be reflected in this policy.
9. Storage and protection
Server-side records are held through Supabase, with authentication, database access rules, and role/member checks used to control access to protected features. Profile and class image uploads have file type and size limits. Public photo URLs are an exception to private access, as explained above.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private, sign out of shared devices, and avoid including sensitive information in bios, photos, reports, or notes.
10. Retention and account deletion
We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to accounts, learning records, consultation requests, or email preference history. These records remain until removed through the relevant administrative or provider process. Deletion from one system may not immediately remove copies held in browser storage or provider backups.
There is currently no self-service “Delete account” button. To request account deletion or removal of particular information, contact support@avocadosat.uz and identify the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password. Such requests require manual handling, and we may need to verify that the account is yours.
Leaving a class or signing out does not delete your account or submitted work. Removing a profile photo or updating a bio is also different from deleting the full account. Copies retained by third-party services or browsers may need separate handling.
11. Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit your display name, bio, and profile photo through profile settings, change available account settings, and withdraw a marketing subscription through Email preferences. You can also clear locally saved website data through your browser.
You may contact us to request access to your information, correction, deletion, or restriction of particular uses, or to raise a privacy concern. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on applicable law and your circumstances. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your account before providing information or making changes.
12. Underage students
Avocado SAT is an education platform used by students, including students who may be under 18. Account registration and the optional mailing-list choice do not currently verify age or parent/guardian permission. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about a student’s account or email preference, or want to request access, correction, or deletion, contact us using the details below. We may ask for information needed to verify your relationship to the student before responding.
13. Contact and policy updates
Send privacy questions and requests to Avocado SAT at support@avocadosat.uz. You can also contact the existing support channel on Telegram at @satavocado_admin or call +998 33 888 1600 to ask how to reach the team responsible for privacy requests.
Please state whether your question concerns a platform account, class record, or consultation request. Do not send account passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
We will update this page when our data practices materially change. This policy was last updated on .
